Now that we have lbp3 is lbp hub still in development? I haven't heard anything else about it since last year. I'm still interested in it but it seems people kinda forgot about it ever since lbp3 dropped, so yeah I really want to know what happened.

there's no info about the fate of lbp hub, so I can only tell you my personal opinion! I think that lbp hub has always been planned to be a trailblazer for LBP3. And then the development of LBP3 had overtaken its own trailblazer! So I'm convinced, that there will be no lbp hub anymore! And to be true, I'm not sad about this cause then SumoD can stay focussed on fixing bugs and developping some dlc for LBP3! My opinion! Many greetings, Jürgen^^

No, it probaly got scrapped and some things from HUB are probs present in LBP3.

But LittleBigPlanet 3 serves neither of Hubs main purposes. Hub was supposed to be free to download and allow the player to buy/access story levels from each of the games.

Yep, but I'm convinced that lbp-hub always was meant to activate the community again and to recruit and interest new players for LBP! Quasi as a kind of advertising strategy for LBP3! Its said that beta-testing of lbp-hub had shown so many bugs that the developpers focussed more on publishing LBP3 than on fixing bugs of a game, which had not been the main interest of the developpers.

the strange part is, why wouldn't they just announce or confirm that it has been canceled? that's why no one can definitively say " they canceled it " yet.

and I would say that, until the developers actually confirm the cancelation, this is a completely valid conversation @MondoLBP... although, there are other threads created about this exact same thing.

No sources, only my own conclusions watching the history from the announcement of lbp-hub to the publishing of LBP3! As I said before: my personal opinion!
