LBP3 cross buy?

I dont know the term properly but what i mean is,
i bought lbp3 for ps3 on PSN and now what if i want to switch to ps4, do i full play for ps4 verion of the game? I heard alot games have a deal when you pay 9 dolar you can get ps4 versions (like minecraft). I wanna buy ps4 but dont wanna waste money on LBP3 if this is not possible.

I bought a digital copy as well. and honestly, i'm not 100% sure. I don't think they do though.. I could be wrong.

There is no cross promotional deal for the PS4 version of LBP3. I have the digital version and it still shows up as the same price in the store and checkout cart. That being said, you should get the PS4 version if you intend to do a lot of multiplayer action.
