So mainly, the one i really need is the material tweaker, which is missing, along with a few other tweakers. The only one available is the destroyer. I have completely finished all the tutorials, as well as the story mode, and its just not in my tools. I don't want to jump to glitch, but i don't know what it could be. Is it something i did? How do you usually receive it? If you could help me out i would greatly appreciate it. Thank you!

some things have been moved around a bit. they may just be categorized differently. also, there is an advanced create mode setting. if you have that turned off, then you can't access a lot of features. try going to setting and enabling it.
