Game Update Notes 1.06
Release Date: March 24th 2015


LittleBigPlanet Game Update 1.06 is scheduled to roll-out across all regions at around 12:05PM GMT today and includes a number of fixes to help improve game stability and remedy a number of issues raised by the community.

This update includes a fix for an issue with save profile progress saving correctly between game sessions, along with fixing a number of local and multiplayer multiplayer connection issues that could include the ?Failed to load player profile? message and ensuring that Magic Mouths will now play captured audio correctly.

I'm sure there will be some improvement. Hopefully, connecting will be easier for people (because no one will listen to my advise about clearing costumes for joining).

There was breakdown in my neighborhood so i couldn't connect to the internet.

This is very good, a lot of fixes, and I am happy that Clive is the only one that the Hook Hat glitch fixed, it is so fun being Marlon Random like that, I only wish it was saveable. And the characters being wet when exiting water. that is awesome, but why only for PS4? I would so enjoy that! And trailers only being for PS4 now? Awww... I liked watching them. Oh well, I am so happy you can now change your background to the LBP3 ones!

since when were video trailers available to watch from your PS3? the option was there but you couldn't actually watch it.

Thanks so much Steven for the update! There is quite a few fixes and love how I can use the new LBP3 pod backgrounds now! Also I love how it saves the pod lighting now!

I hope this patch will make the multiplayer more stable. I am currently planning to make a bunch of versus levels and reduced lag is never a bad thing..

so far the patch seems to be going really good. joining people is working a whole lot better and things seem to be a lot more stable. it's nice that I am able to keep the fog color settings in the backdrop now. of coarse, there is plenty more work to be done but this update was a step in the right direction for sure.

So far so good. I only had one brief issue with sound in the game when I tried the post-update magic mouth (all sound stopped completely) and haven't seen the problem since.

For the next patch, I'd like to request fixing the Sackpocket Item Sensor. It senses items added through the pedestal, but not if they're added through the tweaker.

not related to the game update but could be added in the next update as im sure it wont be hard to add it but a setting for the opacity tweaker that only allows certain player to see the item being tweeked such as if it was set to player 1 then player two wont be able to see it and vice versa as this kind of tool could not only open up a whole new range of ideas for platforming levels (as a designer i try to stay away from these types of levels as they can carry a generic feel to them) but also on the mini and full games that get released such as the puzzle levels, challenges ect anybody else think this is a good idea ? ill forward this on to steven but was just wanting feedback from you guys as to what you thing of this as im sure it wont be that hard to implement into the game
