Well, seeing as how data file limits for the levels will remain the same, and that LBP3 is presumed to be 32 bits, I have high hopes, even if it means limiting data files for PS4, as thought of now

there are several games that are cross platform. there has been quantum leaps in that area. if you can play levels that were made on ps4 lbp3, there shouldn't be a reason why you can't join or co create with ps3 and ps4.

Well... I'm doubtful that that crossplay will happen. But until they confirm this, there's still some chance. The community being split up would be one of the worst things to happen to LBP.

i hope the community doesn't split up too and i haven't heard much about lbp3 it's like they can't make up there minds on things, i don't know but people have been asking this question no response, i mean it is the same network and apparently there was a console game where you could play against someone on pc and if a vita can play with people on ps3 and ps4 then why can't the ps3 and ps4

I am 99.9% sure cross play will NOT happen. If the feature was in the game it would be a very poor choice for them not to advertise it so more people are excited for the game. Soo.. nope not in the game. And i'm pretty sure they want to make people move to the ps4, Next lbp game will probably be ps4 only

Yes it is true. If you, let's say, buy the PS3 version on your account and do not have a PS4. If you get a PS4 later and use your PS3's PSN account that you bought the game originally on, you can download it off your download history settings.
