So today I tried downloading the new update but every time I do, it always says there's an error. What do I do about this?

Now I'm experiencing a problem where everytime I try downloading the update, it shows some crazy amount of download time of 1000-3000 minutes. Still no reply from Steven so far. Maybe I should keep trying to download it. I really don't know what to do at this point.

@Foxy So how do you do that and will it keep all my in-game data or will I lose it all?

when you erase the game install, it doesn't erase your profile info.. but make sure you don't erase the other things. just the game install data.

When you're given that crazy-long download time, are you able to notice any progress of your download at all?

Does it state how large the download is?

Barely any progress is made. Last time I tried downloading it, it was less than 10%. What I mean is that the download goes very slow, and even if it went past 10%, an error would occur anyways so it doesn't make much of a difference. It does show that the download is 102 MB, but that is a very small size for such a large amount of time. What's the usually amount of download time for people? I'm sure it's 30 min or less. 102 MB isn't that big.

@Nerd Dog How do you access the installation data? Is it in the save data utility?

Update: I found the name of the download error - (Error 80710723). If anyone knows what to do about it please notify me soon.

Yes! I fixed it! Ok guys thanks for all your support. I just figured out from this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aRs_4CHt7fU that all you need to do is turn "Media Server Connection" from enabled to disabled. I'm not why MSC was causing the problems, but it's fixed now .

Just out of curiosity, was there an error code given? If so, I suggest looking it up in the web, because each code has a specific fix. Accordingly, it could also be helpful to know it, just a gentle reminder if a future bug rears its head
