Hello fellow LBF Musicians and Members, not to forget all the staff and prestigious members!

I want to tell you something... It's about a song and I need ideas like what instuments to use!

Okay so what am I looking for?
-I am looking for ideas of what instruments to use if I were to create an abandoned/zombie apocalypse platformer!
-Also it is an Oddsock Platformer! So it needs to be fast-paced!

Okay well that is pretty much about it!

So if you play a lot of games with music that would match this, please list what they are and I'll see what instruments are used and try to make the best sounds! Or you could help better and tell me the instruments! That would cut time!
-Looking for 5 examples, and I will cross out any that DO NOT fit this!

I would take a look at this for sure. maybe collect a few tunes and check out the instrument combos he uses.

I know this is only one suggestion, but I think it's the most fitting for something like this. a whole lot of deliciously dark and manic sounding tunes. I believe this is one of the greatest collections made in lbp

I made an apocalyptic zombie song once, it was orchestral.

Make it like, bu du bu... bu du du dum... du du DUUU, du dum, du bu dummm... dududududududududududduududububububububububububudud bubububububbuubububububbuudduudududududubuvududubububvuvuvuvuv... BU! YEAH!

Maybe it's just the way I thought of it but I'll try it! I'm thinking of having percussion for more depth and etc. On 'dum' or any variation of it, I'll have a "Bum sound", and no, not a sound, just try saying bum but more percussion-like! (Dumb question )
And for a third or last one like "bu", I'll have a clash noise! I think nerd_dog and Hamster_fluff have made the best suggestions/helpful-nessy things yet! Also @Hamster_fluff, your very-helpful post sounds a lot like percussion when I sound it out, so I'll need a melody! Maybe you could help?
Maybe I could have choir voice 'ooo' or something 'ah,' or just strings for that!

there are no oohs in lbp only ahhs, why not strings/choir chords, and something else or two for melody/ies?
