I'm not really sure what you want to unsubscribe to.
Being a member on this forum isn't any form of subscription, you did not accept a licence for any kind of a service.
Therefore quitting the forum is not "unsubscribing".

Also, your don't have to do anything to leave the forum. Your account doesn't have to be deleted, you can just stop loggin in and forget about this site.

Actually by registering you do accept a license of this forum service.

I believe admin can delete your account if you really want that.

Are you sure there is something in the register form saying anything about any kind of licence?
Because I just logged out and checked that. No text about that, no checkboxes about any licence, no links to any licence documents. No subscription.
If there was nothing written about you accepting a licence, you did not.

Yes, there's always a "Terms and Conditions", "User Agreement" ectetera, that you have to accept on almost all sites, but it doesn't look like you do here.
