LBF Vita Picks ep. 11 problems

In every episode you have published, all of the level links are locked. It tells me that the levels are not available offline. If I was offline I couldn't even reach your level portal. I have checked, double checked and tripled checked that YES I am online. (Also confirmed by Playstation tech support). So my question is how do I access the levels?

You have to pop yourself to unlock the levels (don't restart the level only pop yourself)

Yep what Freddy said. Just wait a second and then keep popping yourself. Level links are kinda tricky in LBP games.
