Hi everyone :

Recently, I searched for a good community level about The Witcher (game or book, whatever). It was quite a deception, so I decided to make my own.

So here it is, enjoy and tell me what you think about my work :

Yes, in my opinion The Witcher 3 is the "crème de la crème" of all the RPG videogames. I recently bought the GOTY version with all DLC's to play again the adventure.

Unfortunately, LBP is limited, but I tried my best to make this level a good hommage. Musics, sets, fight system etc...

When you play it, tell me what you think, what could be better etc...

I also made an hommage level to the Saboteur, if you remember this game. I'll publish it here soon.

See ya!

So, I played it! I genuinely enjoyed the fight mechanics, the well made music and the cool environment you built.
That's not it though, I also included your level in my show 'mdkd's rating'. Here, take a look if you have:

The long version of the review is in the video. Thanks for making your level!

Hi mate. Thanx for the review.

And all what you say is right : the level is not perfect and I wanted it a bit longuer, but you know... LBP3 bugs and limitations
Anyway, thank you again because it's rewarding for all the work, and gives me courage to make the 2nd part.

I also found the marble level very well made, I'll post a comment about it on your vid.

See you around

I know just how you feel about limitations. I often create worlds and after a short amount of time I hit the limit. Both the physical limit and the thermometer limit, and the dynamic thermometer is very experimental technology and I don't know how to use it properly at the moment.

Man, what a relief to read someone who went through the same s***... well let's say "experience". I tried to learn about the dynamic thermometer, you'll find some useful infos in ingame tutorials. But what I learned so far :
- yes it opens the possibilities, but like you say it's very hazardous too,
- It works more with classic platform levels, but it creates annoying bugs with quests, checkpoints and in general free exploring levels,
- it must be used with 2 or 3 complementary tools, and it's ineffective when you glue everything on everything.

Finally, I try to avoid the dynamic thermo.

Ps : "Aard" sounding like stephen hawking LOL your reaction was hilarious and it's true after all ! I precise it's not my voice, but a text to voice app. It's more effective when you want to make some kind of female computer voices, or a genius invalid physicist. Not so much for a manly and valid witcher

The bugs keep me from using the dynamic thermometer system. In theory it's cool, but the execution isn't the best. That's why I'm using the classic thermometer for all of my projects. If a project doesn't fit into one level I use a adventure map.

And yeah, I had a good laugh about the voice acts. Text to speech is often really funny. But I agree that a witcher like Geralt is less like a scientist and more like a mercenary who has seen it all.

I'm definitely looking forward to your next creations in LBP3.

Hi everyone !

The sequel of this Witcher level is done at 70%, with new environments, quests and a real final boss.
But these days I mainly dedicate my playing time to Red Dead Redemption 2.

So see you later and check out my planet from time to time if you guys want to finish the Geralt story.
Thanx for the likes and good comments on this level, wich took me a lot of time to create.

Ay when it drops I'll make sure to play it and probably even feature it in my show again.
