Hello, LBF Community! 


As you already might have noticed... there are some new categories in the LBFMusic section...and thats only the beginning! Since some weeks we have been working on a new concept for our unique LBP music forum, and since we've made good progress I think its time to present our new approach to you!

We didn't want to change everything! So its planned to continue with a new season of our famous "LBF Music Showcase Episodes"! 
But before that we will start with a really new feature... the 
"LittleBig Music Charts". 

The Music Charts will be a regular ranking system, where everybody in the community can participate...either by offering a music tune as a candidate to become the next number 1 hit, or by voting for your favorite song in one of the Charts Poll threads, that we will install! 

We will offer some "Tools" for musicians and non musicians to get an easy way to compose music or to present music!
Just imagine...you have composed a song and you want to showcase it, but you feel no drive to create any music gallery level...
No problem anymore! We will offer a copyable "One Song On Stage"
level template! A live band playing on a stage, where you only need to install your musicsequencer and then publish it (With your own title!)

Just imagine...you always wanted to play with the musicsequencer but you feel to be totally unmusical... no problem anymore!
We will offer a playable level where you can collect some musicsequencer with basic rhythms and chord sequences! So that you can totally focus yourself on creating a little melody!

We are planning to do some little "Events"...maybe a little musical journey around the world... and some little "Competitions" like "create some music fitting to special eye candy scenery" or a "Christmas carol competition"...

We will try to compile and create "Tutorials" about using the musicsequencer and we will try to create a little "LBP Music Discography", where you can find suggestions for music tunes fitting to a special theme! Imagine you've created a level and need music fitting to a mysterious forrest...no problem anymore, you will be able to search for it in the LBP Music Discopraphy easily!

The LittleBig Music Charts level is almost done, I will post a little video demonstration on weekend! The "One Song On Stage" level is also nearly done! So not much time to wait anymore before we can start with our new LBFMusic!

I think you deserve the most credit for this great idea. Music has always been a part of LBP, in LBP1 with music boxes, since LBP2 with Music sequencers. I feel that we really need to focus on music too!

I will definitely help out here and work on music a little bit.

Hi everyone. I'm kindda new on LBF so I discover this section. Great idea to focus on musics, I realised that the ingame tools we had were almost complete.

Recently, I think I upgraded my music composition level, and I'll share with pleasure.
