SOO I've come to absolutely love the sounds and instruments in LBP. And I was wondering if it'd be okay to implement some of the sounds into my official music. I love them so dearly

LBP's sound effects can only be used in LBP. If you use it somewhere outside of LBP and if it's public and monetized, it is not allowed. At least that's what I bet, because I heard some of LBP's sounds in other games and movies.

You can use them, you just can't sell the music then and I am not sure if you get into problems even without monetizing the music.

I did it. Asked him if it's ok to use LBP's sounds in external music and if it's ok to sell music that was made with LBP's instruments.

I think I know what he will answer...

Well some of the sounds were probably not fully made by the LBP developers because sounds like the Wilhelm scream and other "destruction sounds" are even in some Hollywood movies. This makes me believe that some sounds were taken from other sources and that the rights belong to another company. But this doesn't change the fact that that company could sue you if you use their sounds without permission - meaning you don't have some sort of mutual agreement contract to use their sounds. Keep in mind that the cost of being sued, and paying for an attorney can be a hundreds times bigger than the revenue from selling your product with the sounds.
