Dive in Lbp3 ps4 glitch

I have a glitch were when I try to dive in I see the person that im trying to join for ten seconds then a message saying failed to load. This always happens so its not the other person. Please help.

That feature is not really working from what I hear. Try it again a few times or try to join friends.

I bet that some people here in the forum are willing to send a request. I personally don't have PS+ for PS4 so I can't join other people.
