I was dreaming about a big facility and I could find many signs saying 'We are the future'. That inspired me a little bit. What also inspired me was Fallout 4. The moment when you leave the vault and see the whole surface again is a epic start to the game.

I had a similar feeling! I love the unknown in beginning fallout 4 it makes you question of what the outside world will look like. Furthermore, little nightmare had same feeling so those two games were my inspiration of my level
