I am new to the game on ps4 (never had a ps3 or anything) and I liked the look of the nightmare before Christmas level kit so I bought it in-game. The info says that you'll get the ps4 version free and that you can download it via your download list. 

It doesn't appear on my ps4 download list oor library, but when I accessed the store via the website it appeared in my downloads list. However, the "Download to ps4" button does absolutely nothing. 

My ps4 is properly linked because I can download other stuff to it, just not this level kit. Was wondering i anyone else had the same problem or had any suggestions?

There are still many DLC problems, that some are not on PS4, but when you bought it ingame on PS4 it should be in store... you don't download the DLC, its all ingame, it just activates the features... isnt it available in game now when you check "more stories"?

It does appear in 'more stories' but I can't launch it from there, it just tells me to go to my ps4 download list.

I've also checked my materials etc and none of the items are in there

I've managed to get access to some ofthe stickers by collecting them from community levels but it still means I don't have the music, background, costumes, etc.

When you can collect the prizes but you just cant access the level, you could ask a friend who has the dlc, he must make host and play the level with you and you can collect all prizes, its just a one level dlc, would take only about 5 minutes...

since I have the dlc I could play it with you! I will send you a friend request on PSN! Do you have a PS+ ?...cause playing together has the precondition that both player have a PS+

It really sucks that there are still some DLC problems. For example, I'm still struggling with the Birthday Cake DLC, that should be visible at the PS Store but it's not there so I can't get it even when I got it on PS3. Also I still feel like I wasted $3 because of the broken Valentine Pack which I bought like 3-4 years ago and which appeared to be for some strange reason only working for LBP Karting. And I see it's still not fixed for me on PS4.

Have the same problem. Can't even get my crown because of the dlc issues.

Maybe the new update for LBP3 will fix some bugs. I read about the new update.

Not to be negative but I doubt that. Although, I am excited about the new update bringing different genres onto the community pages.

I doubt it too, but maybe, maybe something gets done.

Still can't wear my crown but my level is on the top-down section so it's still a win!
