I came to this forum to state my frustration and seek help because i have no idea what else i can do. 
I started working on my adventure, "Ghost Rider - Night of Vengeance", more than a year ago.

It is a passion project of mine and it took a lot of effort and determination to create. I implemented a lot of novel ideas in this level and i am very proud of how it came out, and as of today i finally finished it and was ready to publish.
Unfortunately it seems like you will never be able to experience this level...and why is that?!
It is because Little Big Planet 3 keeps throwing unimaginable glitches and bugs at me since day 1, it has caused so much stress that i can't even describe. These are just some of the things:

1. I 100% the Adventure to get all the items and Plat, game crashes and deletes all my progress. Learning from my mistakes i become paranoid and frequently make backups, and get the 100% again. At one point it just decides to erase all my progress and then i'm stuck with 0% and all items at the same time...the irony.

2. Eventually Tags have completely DISAPPEARED from my Tool Box. For the last year i keep copying them from existing objects because they literally do not exist in my tools.

3. Countless times have Levels completely deleted themselves without any reason, can't even imagine what i would do without those backups.

So among all this things, you might imagine what happens when i try to upload the Ghost Rider Adventure today. First of all, the game doesn't let me add a trailer as it says "There are no videos on your Playstation 4 System", which is ridiculous because i made a trailer for the game that's below 30sec and it still doesn't see it. 
Here's the funny part though, there is a button under that error message that says "Go to level?", and when i click it it takes me to a level from the Sponge Bob DLC...i have made a video to demonstrate this:

So the game actuallys thinks that my Moon is the Sponge Bob dlc Planet? Wow...

Then i say screw it, i can put a trailer on Youtube at least, i'll just publish the adventure without the trailer...oh boy was i wrong. Every time i try to publish the Adventure it gives me an error and nothing happens. I tried everything, using the backed up copies, making a new adventure and manually adding levels to it again...hell i even deleted the game and all my stored save data from profiles and created levels, and downloaded the game again in hopes that my Moon would be reset, but for some reason even when i wipe everything clean my Moon is still bugged thinking it's a damn Sponge Bob level. This issue remains even when i use another PSN account with the game, so if it's not tied to the account or the stored save data on the System than what the hell is it?!

So as you might understand, i worked hard and long on this level, i think people will enjoy it and i don't have any intentions of keeping it in unpublished hell if i can help it. But it seems like i'm out of options. If some of the devs could fix my issues somehow, or maybe if Sumo Digital could contact me about copying the level and publishing it on their Earth i think that's better than nothing.

Have you used any sort of glitched or unreleased items, materials or objects within the adventure? Levels are intentionally set to refuse publishing if they contain something that isn't supposed to exist.

Wow, this sounds really hard. I would play your adventure. Are you creating on PS4? Many bugs do exist there. Oh and you aren't paranoid. I also save my progress really often.

Try to contact StevenI. He is the community manager. He could try to help you. If not, try to copy the level to another account or another system. Maybe it works than.

All my levels have more than 16 layers, but that shouldn't stop it from being published as there are a lot of level that use this method. I also might have a couple of objects resized to the right proportions using the emitter glitch. I don't think this is an issue however, as it seems there is a deeper problem within my profile.



I started creating on the standard Ps4 and have now continued on the Pro. I do not have two systems to transfer between. How do i contact Steven?

This publishing error happens with big levels, maybe its a timeout, had the same problem with many levels...
The only thing that helps, is, to try again one hour later... for my BubbleBobble level it took 1,5 weeks to find a time, where the server was not too busy to accept the level... its very frustrating...

Others could fix that bug, when they copied the complete level in the popit and put it in a new level, but with big levels thats very hard, because you have to copy many parts and there is no garantie that it works...

I really hope that's the case, i guess i'll keep trying but i'm pretty skeptical...there's a lot of weird stuff happening, like when i try to publish and it's loading i can actually hear something getting lit up by fire "danger tweaker fire sound" as if the level is playing in the background :S

Also the fact that i can't add a trailer makes me think there's a deeper problem to this...

Hmm ok. Maybe you should play with someone who has PS Plus. I guess there are many more issues. The devs dont know the problem too, because there are so complex things going on.

It does sound like you are being hit by a number of unusual issues...
I'll forward this thread on to our QA team so that they're aware of what's happening in your game.

A few queries that will help us investigate these issues...

- Are you still missing all of your Tags from your Popit? If you disable and re-enable Advanced Create, does this help add them back to your Popit at all?

- Do you have large amounts of LittleBigPlanet Save Data on your console that could be causing an issue when attempting to save? Have you attempted to delete any unwanted Community Level save progress files or level backups that you no longer need?

- Did you create your trailer using ShareFactory or have you imported it from elsewhere?

- Yes, Tags as a tool do not exist in my Popit and must be copied from existing objects in the level that have tags on them.

- I tried deleted all the save data, redownloading the game, and importing my adventure backup on a new lbp profile and also reusing the old lbp profile, the issue is always the same. I do delete Community level progress occasionally.

- I created the trailer in ShareFactory. I was sure that it's not possible to import videos to Ps4, at least it wasn't before, was there a patch for this?

You can't import things like pictures, music or videos on your PS4 (btw. that's stupid). I think you are cursed.

I think you need to play LBP3 with your sec. acc. if you have one. Look if everything is there.

Do you play LBP3 with a disc? Maybe the files on the disc are broken. If you play LBP3 without a disc, try to reinstall everything, if you already haven't.

Anyway, you really have to watch out for a evil spirit or sth. I am serious right now, because that doesn't sound normal.

EDIT: I think your LBP3 game files are kind of broken.

I am aware that my LBP3 is broken. I already said in my main post that i tried with a second account and i also tried reinstalling. I don't play from disc it's the digital version.

So your digital version doesn't work at both accounts? Sounds like your PS is kinda broken.

And if not, try to buy the disc version. Anyway I don't know how this can even be possible. I can only imagine, that it's the PS4pro itself, which has that issues. It doesn't load LBP3 right or something.

Yeah it's really weird, like even when i wipe my hard drive clean of lbp and download it again, my earth and moon are still bugged, like it's attached to my profile or something...

Also it might be a problem with Pro if not for the fact that i had a lot of these issues on my old Ps4 as well, so idk...

Are your other games buggy or is it only with lbp?

I was afraid that maybe your HDD died but lucky it is not the case.
I am a bugmagnet in lbp myself so i really know how you feel.

Don't you have a friend or someone who owns a PS4? You could export your level files and publish it there, because it's a different console.

Yeah, tried that as well, didn't work.

Try to reinstall your Game Data (not save data). This should force the game to reinstall and download updates again and it might fix those problems. Otherwise you're stuck until Sumo fixes the game for PS4 Pro.. and I'm kind of not surprised since this game is a broken mess.

It's a problem of the PS4 Pro I guess.

The load screen flash is a pretty rare issue for me as well (regular PS4 and PS3 once). I don't actually think this is a PS4 pro problem. It sounds like a profile issue. Considering it won't let you edit your planet or publish levels, it sounds like there is a problem with your profile online. I wish I could have a solution to this, but if that is the case, only the people in charge of the server could do anything especially since PS plus is required for PS4. Do you have a ps3 and a copy of LBP3 by any chance?

Since you created a Trailer on ShareFactory, this is another case of a Compatibility Problem.

basically, if you own a PS4 Pro and relies on ShareFactory, the video will export it to 1080p, it sounds fine and dandy, but you found out that LittleBigPlanet 3 doesn't support 1080p video clips (and for some reason, 4K Screenshots works without any problem). the worst part is that ShareFactory FORCE the resolution export to 1080p without any option to switch to 720p. even if you change #PS4Share Video Resolution option to 720p. 

and you're not the only one whose screwed, since I own a PS4 Pro (my previous PS4 got broken) I'm also screwed since I relied on ShareFactory to create  Custom Stickers for my Collection.

the good news that I was able to get in tweet with one of the Quality Assurance/Community Support for ShareFactory. the person has forward the feedback/problem to the ShareFactory team to look into it, but don't expect a quick patch though. you might as well play the waiting game

the bad news that I haven't got Sumo Digital to report this issue yet. so once again, just play the waiting game.

Thanks for the reply, yeah that actually makes perfect sense.

However i'd be fine with not having a trailer if i could upload the level, but i can't. I'm really bummed about that because the level took a lot of work and has a lot of new gameplay elements and ideas that i haven't seen in LBP before. I was thinking of at least recording a playthrough myself and uploading it online so that people could at least watch it.

Hi there. Sorry to hear you're experiencing these issues.

One that I can help you with is the missing Tag in your Tools Bag. I published a level that includes the default tools incase anybody loses them: http://lbp.me/v/qyrf64n you should find the Tag in there.

Regarding the publishing error, have you tried publishing any of the levels in the adventure separately? That way you can pinpoint which one is causing the error and try to fix it.

LBP3 isn't fully ready for PS4 Pro and your online profile has problems. Sumo needs to look at it.
