Horror Hide & Seek Level Thing (I don't know what to name it yet)

So, for the past week, I've been working on this...

This level is a 2-4 player horror hide and seek level. What you're seeing here is just the entrance to the level, where players will advance through this short, scenic area to the top platform to select their roles when playing the actual level (i.e. who will be the seeker and who will be the hiders).

The theme of the level is an abandoned, rusted, Japanese city in which nature has reclaimed. So, there are many hiding opportunities, such as hiding in a trash bin, in a building, behind some foliage, ect. I'm trying to sort of base the theme off of The Last of Us, as you can see here.

I'm posting it here however because I would love some help. I'll list everything below about what I need as detailed as I can describe it.

1.) I need a person (or people) who are good with logic to make a player counter at the beginning so that it will spawn a certain number of Controlinators (based on how may players are counted) so that the players may chose their roles when playing the level by getting in said Controlinators. Then after they have selected their roles, I need it to where the seeker can chose between different looking seekers, demons, monsters, whatever you want to call them. So far, there are four different costumes I have made, but, if this level becomes popular among other sackfolk, I will more than likely add more costumes. The hiders will have a whole minute to hide where they please, if the seeker has not chosen a costume by then, the one that they have highlighted at that moment in time will be the one that they play as. 

2.) I simply need someone who knows Japanese literature who can make stickers of the Japanese characters and place them on signs or whatever it may be. (Example: Teahouse, Restaurant, ect.)

3.) (OPTIONAL) It would be nice for someone to help me with ideas and plan out the actual map that players will play on.

UPDATE: Added a few more details around the entrance and few buildings in the background of the entrance. HOwever, my thermo is a bit over 2/3 full, so if anybody can help me bring my thermo down, that would be appreciated (and no, I'm not using dynamic thermo, that thing corrupts everything.)

Secondly, I managed to make (I think) a successful player counter logic system, all I need now logic wise is help with the Controlinators that spawn so that players may chose their roles. Plus, with extra smaller logic pieces for hiding spots on the actual map.

Well, in fact I actually have made broadcast microchip that counts players, assigns roles, and all that kind of stuff... it is basic Hide and Seek, but it can easily be adapted. But I can also do what you are asking, I just find broadcast microchips tend to be easier and more foolproof. :3

So, I am extremely good at logic, not a master, but really good at it. And I could help you with 3 as well, but the tricky thing is I have been very busy, and I have something I need to finish really soon... But one thing I can do is put notes on my logic so you know what everything does, and put it in my lockbox for you to collect, there you can add on to it or look at it and make your own since you would know the basics. :3

I played that level and it was pretty good! Yeah, I'd love it if you could help me out, the only problem is that I've already managed to make a player counter (I think), so the only thing I need help with now is the set amount of Controlinators that spawn depending on the amount of players. I already have a guy who's doing it, but if he gets stumped I'll call on you I guess.
