Ok. What do you need to do? It's simple. 
You write suggestions for example like this:

I WANT: This
I DON'T WANT: That

Suggestions I like can end up in the level and most if not all people from this topic will be in the credits for the level.

In LBP2 there was a popit with different objects in a level. So it was a LBP in LBP.
