Can't publish level PS4
Every time, every day wata heck...
This is bug that have all PS4 players?

Just keep trying, I have that problem as well. It worked for me, so what I did was edit something in the level, and copied to another crater on your moon. It should work after that. If it doesn't, I'm sorry.

If you've imported LBP2 and/or LBP levels then that could be the cause. A lot of people who imported their LBP2/LBP profiles have reported having the same issue as you. The only known fix, which isn't even really a fix, is to load up LBP2 on your PS3 to edit/move your LBP2 & LBP levels and only use LBP3 for, well, LBP3 levels.

If that isn't the issue (if you have no imported or have tried that already) then it could be any of the following:
(List)(*)Your internet connection might be too slow – if this is the case, try restarting your modem/router or try paying with a wired connection opposed to a wireless one.
(*)The name of your level is inappropriate – take a quick look over your name to make sure it's not inappropriate (bare in mind LBP is aimed at children) and if it is, just change the name to something more child-friendly.

If none of the above work, backup your level (to your LBP profile) and try to republish it. If that doesn't work, try restarting your game and PS3/PS4 system and then reboot the game, once again trying to publish the level.
