LBP3 Won't let me join my friend(s)

Whenever I try to join my friend, it always has his profile on the screen, and says, "A player has failed to load your profile". I don't know how to fix this. Help needed.

Yes, many people get this error, you're not alone
 The only thing I would say to decrease the appearance of it, I would reset your costume and pod. I find that helps
