defective software provided by the company SUMMON ELECTRONIC corrupted the mainframe of your vault and all the systems, causing malfunctions in the Virtual Reality Stasis Pods... the leaked radiation and chemicals transformed the vault dwellers into salvage irrational cannibal ghouls

as the only survivor you need to escape to the surface with the help of Mr. Codward the maintenance robot, and survive the horrors of the wasteland to find the VAULT-TEC and SUMMON ELECTRONIC headquarters in a quest for personal revenge...
