LBP2 music covers help

(mostly copied from other forums, hope you don't mind <3)
Yoo, I was in the slowest possible process of creating a small fancy level that's all about wandering through cute garden flowers, seeing time pass and ogling at the moon, and as it's coming along I thought of some music that might fit the atmosphere of the level.

If there are any cool musicians out there who would like to help with recreating some tracks into a sequencer I'd be super thankful

The level is made in LBP2 (that's how slow I am at finishing this) so the instruments are a bit limited, movepack instruments should be okay to use. But in all honesty what instruments that are used shouldn't matter as I'll be playing around with that myself sort of remixing the songs

Here are a few songs I had in mind, list might be extended :T

This one above I'm thinking of altering a bit so it's slower and calmer

Well, so, this one might be hard to do because of how poorly the person is playing, there are other versions of this song "horgalåten" around but using different instruments and with altered notes. I would prefer to have a piano version in the LBP sequencer

Here's an example with a guitar and voice, playing a bit more accurately.

The melody sung is really the only important bit. But to include the guitar would be a beautiful bonus

This one I would experiment with to have a bit calmer too, akin to how it starts out

Drums not really necessary~ Just the melody, that goes for all tracks honestly, would be a bonus to have them included for experimentation purposes of course :B

I wonder if these are even possible to recreate just by ear :F

I mean, really there are a lot of songs, almost endless supply I'd wish to experiment with :S But this list is crazy big enough as it is for now. I'll wait and see if someone would like to help first and then see if more are possible Anyone up for helping can choose between any of the tracks up there if they'd like I guess

There's no deadline or anything either, whenever is fine

Thanks x) See ya around~

Hi Cosheeta,

thats an unusual collection of fine songs and you've made me curious and I will experiment a little bit with them! No promise, only a little bit experimenting! Not all vids can be watched in Germany and I have no possibility to send a song to you in lbp2 but I'm sure that there is any way that you could get a song from me. Give me a little time and then I will contact you!

Many greetings, Jürgen^^

It makes me glad to hear I've got you curious, CuriousSack

Yeah there are some pretty obscure music scores in there :b Shame that you can't see all of the videos from your country? that baffles me

Thanks so much for showing interest though

if you can't see videos from your country, use a free VPN like Cyberghost or something to connect from a different country where you can. it's pretty simple really

Hi Cosheeta,

I've decided to try the following songs for you...

Byssan Lull
Hargalaten
Detektivbryan - Om Du Möter Varg

...I hope that you are content with this choice!

Many greetings, Jürgen^^

EDIT: thanks a lot, Nerd_dog, I will try this some day, but for now I've already chosen three songs from the one's that have been available in Germany!

I'm making good progress with the songs. I already have the basic lines for "Byssan Lull" and
"Hargalaten" (melody and chords) and will elaborate them in a next step! Maybe that today I can also start to work on "Detektivbryan - Om Du Möter Varg"! Many greetings, Jürgen^^
