How to get the cutting tool for lbp3

Yea says in title bit how do I get it on lbp3? I need it to recreate stickers and eye stickers I lost 2 weeks ago

You mean the "Sticker Cutter"? If you do, it is available in the tools bag when you go all the way to the left by pressing L1. The "Slice 'N Dice" tool is there as well if you mean that too

Do you have Advanced Create Mode on in settings, under profile? If it is off, then it should be on to make the slice N' dice tool appear
