Previous Dlc not moving

Dlc from lbp2 special edition won't transfer to lbp3! I don't want to pay for all of it again!!! Who do I contact?

Some other people have already asked that and there is no way to get these DLCs on LBP3 without paying for them. Sorry

Did you get the dlc from a code, or was it on the disk? If it was on the disk it won't transfer.

I got my LBP2: Special Edition DLC from a Code i recieved on the receipt. My DLC did transfer.
I don't have a solution of why you didn't recieve your DLC.
