Hello Forum Dwellers, i'm Ninjexcan, Jex or Nin for short. I have been powering through LBP3 patiently and determined since launch, and to date its been worth it, the new tools and new functions of old tools have been amazing in opening easier creating for me (im a creater of objects that do many things). Launch was rough, but now that most of the game killing bugs have been for the most part resolved ive been going creation crazy. but in order to transfer my favorite costumes and most of my creations i still need the rest of my DLC available and i am stumped on how to access the last little bit.

I've got about %90 of all my dlc, just four costume packs elude me with error code "E-80001113"
-Nightmare Before Christmas Costume Pack (currently shows full pack price but still shows individual costumes as purchased)
-Sackgirls Casual Friday Costume Pack
-Weekend pursuits Costume Pack
-Ratchet & Clank Costume Pack
-Monster Costume Pack (strangly it downloaded the zombie and male vampire form it but not the other two)
-Metal Gear Solid Costume (An LBP2 pack not the current LBP3 pack)

at this time i have only recovered the Metal Gear Solid pack for what ever reason, the error code just stopped appearing for that content but the rest pressists. I have already tried "saftey start-up>rebuild database" and going to psn website to download directly form the site but to no avail. if anyone has any info about how to recover my remaining DLC please share.
ALSO, if anyone knows anything about cross control content becoming available on LBP3, be it a content pack or the full level kit, please tell. Cross Controll had a ton of really cool sticker decorations that would be awesome to use with LBP3's new decoration tweaker/editor.

welcome to LBForum, nice to meet you! You're not alone with still missing some dlcs, f.e. I'm waiting for the space suit and the El Mariachi costume! As far as I know there is no info about a Cross Control pack for LBP3, you're right, the cross control content would be great! I think we still will have to wait a little bit longer, but I'm rather optimistic, that soon we will at least have all dlc costumes available!
Meanwhile have a lot of fun exploring the site and experimenting with all the new features!

The PS Store team are slowly working to get all DLC available to everyone. I am also still missing the cross controller pack, hopefully it will be available soon!

i found out the issue i was having per the remaining DLC not downloading. after visiting PSN website and checking out the DLC list i notice a small tidbit on my METAL GEAR dlc. in a subsection withing the DLC desctription was a statement that "This DLC can only be downloaded to a maximum of 2 systems" and when i uninstalled lbpVita from my Vita, that is what alowed me to download my Metal Gear Costume pack.

* if you are a faithful member of the LBP franchise from the start you've probably got DLC starting from LBP1 and carried that DLC throughout the series. i have had all LBP games aside from LBP-PSP, That accounts for 5 games and 3 systems not counting the one YLOD ps3 from my first LBP1. So i had a thought in referance to the METAL GEAR COSTUME PACK quote, i probably have some DLC downloaded to to many versions of LBP, so on my ps3 i uninstalled the DLC file for LBP-Karting since i never took the time to really learn track racing creation. Then i jumped onto LBP3 PS4 and went to the LBP store to see if it would allow me to download the remaining DLC Packs... AND IT WORKED!!

*So the gist of this is if you still have DLC that shows you own it in the store but you get the error code when you try to download it, you may need to uninstall the DLC file from another version of the game because there IS a download limiter, not all the DLC blatently states it outright like the METAL GEAR Pack, ive checked on the PSN site on my download list. This may be true for DLC aside from LBP content as well, just uninstally dlc on games/systems you will no longer be using it on, and if you happened to be a victem of ps3's YLOD you'll need to call sony to "deactivate" your acount on all systems unless you know the serial number for said system then you can deactivate on just the system.

hope this helps anyone who still has some DLC issues.
