One of my friends who is a glicthmaster told me this player is just an hacker or so. As you said it, I don't think he/she ( I guess her ) works for Mm or Sony.
So that friend told me she just looked into LBP code ( oh not allowed ) and found some things unused in the game. Then she hacked her save to put them in the game, and for the pins.
I don't know if that's true, or even possible, but then you've got an awnser.

Twisted mind hacks but If im not wrong, she actually won a contraption challenge. She doesn't harm people, unless they screw with her. So just don't make her mad.
