Still cant get Metal Gear Solid Level Pack?

Has anybody been able to redownload the metal gear solid level pack? It still says I need to purchase it again even though I have downloaded it. Are they still adding in DLC and they haven't added this one in yet?

Even if you could download it the levels are apparently still broken after the latest patch.
