Hey guys! I posted this on another forum, but I would like to share it here as well...

Here?s a sneak peek of my new level in progress. I think I?m calling it BEY(X)ND NE(X)N. It?s gonna be a continuation of Neon for Eons - kind of, where you exit the neon facility and enter into a whole new action, adventure, dram-edy. Not so much drama-comedy, but still fun and dramatic It?s a run for your life Platformer with capes, lots of bounce-pads, security robots, a giant surprise, tiny bunnies...(oh, never mind - *deleted) and...oh yeah fun logic (it?s only logical) I?ll be releasing it in 2 years, . No, hopefully a month or 2.

PS: Going for the Spotlight/Team Pick/a Pat on the back will do

Tip:
Remember lighting is a key element in a platformers. I see you have no lighting, maybe darken the level. And put a few bulbs around (Which you can make invisible so they don't look nasty. Try it.

Yeah thanks for the tip. I was thinking of doing the fine details after the layout was completed. Is it better to complete every section as I go along? As you may know I'm very new, so how do I make lights invisible?

I would say to do the lighting as you go along because you might run out of thermo if you wait to the end! To make lights invisible go to the goodies bag and pick the "LED Light" you can make this invisible by selecting not visible in play mode. I would put the lights on invisible pieces of sticker panel (or hologram) so you can move them around more easily.

The title seems a bit weird in my opinion, does it have to have those "-" Ontop of letters?

Probably not. I might just do it as BEYOND NEON, Idk, because in Lbp it doesn't give me the option to write it that way anyway. Who knows, the name may even change over time. Any suggestion?

If anybody knows how I can get something like this. I would very much appreciate it. It doesn't have to be that music, just something like it. Thanks.

I really liked Neon for eons cause of the great use of space between the obstacles and the fast platforming gameplay. Cool stuff. Excited to see how it looks in the end

Updated Pics for my upcoming game BEYOND NEON. I said 55% complete before but it was more like 30%. Currently it's now 60% done. Lighting and new sets made. Special thanks goes to RainbowT-Rex for lighting tips. Let me know what you all think.
