I need to know we're the boxing costume. I can't find it

The Boxer Outfit's costume pieces are scattered throughout Victoria's Laboratory.

To begin with, you can collect the Boxing Headgear by Acing the Currant Affairs level.
Then moving onto the Kling Klong boss level, you will receive the Boxing Gloves for simply completing the level.
However to earn the Boxer Shorts, you'll need to Ace the Kling Klong level.
