If you haven't gotten, or seen the playstation app, then let me tell you why being able to access it on your computer with an emulator would let you chat with your friends. The app lets you communicate remotely to your friends on the PSN network, without being there, with just the click from your phone. But with this emulator you are able to send whatever you like to your friends from your pc
