That hat you said about was something like a movie directors costume which was given out as a prize for a movie competition and the bee was withdrawn DLC, while the ribbon was originally going to be a prize for MM picks but was decided against, this can be obtained though if you are a hacker as the information for it is still on the disk.

Whoever created the level DEFINITELY is a hacker. Unobtainable through any other means.

That would definitely explain the " ALL DLC ". And the unobtainable decoration. It's not really pleasant when someone cheats like that to get the special things that others worked for.

It's not completely ideal, but at the end of the day, it's just DLC But ideally people shouldn't be allowed to just do that

They aren't allowed to but yea. just dlc. I guess as long as he isn't hacking accounts and causing mischief then he's not really hurting anyone... This could get him banned potentially though
