And? There's no need to be mean to them. Green Bear (i have to say) is probably a 9-year-old kid that doesn't understand a lot about internet nor English, they should be warned and shouldn't be so mean to others. Then again, i have to say, what's the use of this warning? On other forums, a mod usually deletes the post or edits the unaccepted content out. Now it just displays a message.. and that's it?

Indeed. I've messaged GreenBear about it and moderated his post. You can talk as long as you do not target other members. Also, warnings are no small deal. Get a couple of them and you get banned automatically.
