Bit of a strange list, but this are my favourite creators. People that I can play their levels 20 times and enjoy it again & again.
The rest are in my hearted list. I don't heart many people but there's a couple I had to leave out sadly.

BigSurf77 is an overrated creator.

He was, but I think he's getting a lot better. His past two levels have been great and that beach/ocean one was amazing!

Lockstitch and Rikiriki-ita have got to be my favourite creators. Can't think of any others really, except some friends that would rather be on the list because they're friends of me, MrLIJOOL, Aye-Jaye13, Scarybiscuit, Smartysloan et cetera.

Seems like everyone forgot about PacJonno! I've had him on my PSN list since LBP1 and hes an awesome creator with the most unique design!

If i was to talk about some friends and youtubers (that make or made videos of lbp) i would say: friends: joshuatheexpert, aye_jaye13, theflashback02, kip_paard_koe123, curioussack. Youtubers: Chimpanzee, jack-septic-eye (obviously), sakuralbp, jhkthree, galaxtrix and epiclbptime!

Felkroth, she made the best level there ever was and probably ever will be, sealed fate.

And Steve big guns of course because he always was on a different level.

Hemflowhotflop because he's insane with his ocd level attention to detail.

I'm also a fan of pirmaut, his levels are something else.

Enigma is another great one who's come to the forefront a bit more recently. He's very helpful.

Archdan has made some impressive 3D creations.

Menaguro is all over the place with his levels, they're all weird and different little games.

Angelo mattei is similar to menaguro in the level types he makes but different in his approach. 

Fotosynthesis1 and Rodrigo Filipino were great when they were around.

and those are pretty much the ones who come to mind for me personally. There are numerous more great creators out there, but these are pretty much the ones that I'm actually interested when a new level of theirs comes out.
