Hello community! LittleBigForum is back with its third hub contest!

You have to create an awesome hub for the next LittleBigForum picks episode. This competition is focused on design.
This is your chance to show your design skills using as much details as you can. You can enter the contest with a LBP2 or LBP PSVita entry. The prize is a 20?/$/.. PSN card (depending on your region).
There will be two separate winners for LittleBigPlanet 2 and PS Vita. That means we will give away two 20?/$/.. PSN cards!
The theme is Christmas.

Task:

- Create a unique hub for the next LittleBigForum picks episode with amazing details and effects
- Theme: Christmas
- Put 6 empty level links into the hub
- The level has to be playable for 1-4 players!
- Put (LBFHC3) in the title

You may do:
- Co-create the level with some friends. But only the person who published the entry gets the prize
- You can use any DLC in the hub

You may not do:
- Do not republish your entry after the deadline (14th december 11.59 pm GMT)
- Do not use a previously published level as your entry
- Do not publish more than one level


Rules:
- Only 1 entry per person. You are not allowed to enter with both a LBP PS Vita and LBP2 level.
- Only the person who publishes the level will get the prize.
- Publish your level between 1st december and 14th december 11.59 pm GMT
- You have to create your level on LBP2 or LBP PS Vita
- You have to put the LittleBigForum object into your hub. You can get it in this copyable levels: LBFHC3 - Stuff (LBP2) LBFHC3 - Stuff (LBPV) You are allowed to make some little changes in the logo.

Does the links have to be empty? or can a creator pick some levels? (Replaceable by the actual picks) because for the design i had in mind, i need a level's information, badge, etc...

smigolpol: Yeah, EU gets somewhat a better price this time around, but there's no real equivalent in PSN cards so that's the closest thing we could manage! Sorry for that

Well we don't only give away $ and ? psn cards. It's depending on your region. As a result of the different currencies is it impossible to give away 'fair' prizes

Can I take a ln game photo of the logo and sticker it in the hub?

I think you mean the level logo right? Of course you can create a logo for the entry and if we like it we won't change it. (example: We used the logo that the winner of LBFHC2 created for his entry LBFHC2 )
But we won't judge the logo. We only judge what's inside of the level

EDIT: Ok I understand you now You want to put a photo of the logo in the hub instead of the object. I think that should be no problem as long as the picture is big enough and the players can see it clearly

Ok... so I'm making a hub and I'm wondering if I can put a introduction to the hub. Can I or is that against the rules And are we getting judged on music

You are allowed to make a small introduction and the music will be judged. That means you should use a fitting music but i mean that you should not put a Rock music in the hub^^ we don't judge how long etc the music is. As long as the music fits is everything ok

There is no real time limit for the ''small introduction''. One minute or less is pretty good, I would say. LBF logos are highly recommended for the introduction since the winner hub will be published on our LBF earth and it will be more formal.

There is no need for you to put levels. The level links in your hub should be empty.

Normally less player enter a vita competition as a result of this you have a higher chance to win

I hope people won't make boring plain level hubs where you walk to the links through some plain, decorated scenery, but invent something creative that would involve in things like: logic menus, sticker panel animations, level information displays, secret features etc.
I got a great idea for a hub... but not Christmas themed Maybe I'll try to make it more Christmas climatic, but I might fail...

This is a picture of my hub. It's already finished. I'm just waiting to publish it one day before so im not to early, or to late to update bugs, tweak, etc. This area, is a bit before the 'digital' hub, just a visual piece to welcome the player. I've already seen some of my friends amazing hubs, I'm already all excited to see who wins. Good luck to everyone.

The hub is 'digital'. it has space to provide name of the level, creator and a picture. The logic is pre-set so the newest creator could understand. Not a hazle, easy customization, and 50% of the thermo is free.
