If the create mode is used all with touchscreen, then won't that mean their won't be as much stuff you can do?

What I mean is with a controller you have a load of different buttons, x, square, triangle, circle and the four shoulder buttons, but with a touch screen you only have 3 at the most, back, front and holding down could do something aswell.

The only thing I can think is maybe it brings up a little menu next to the object, which says tweak, delete, etc

Actually, if I recall correctly, it's not all touch screen. The touch screen application is just for a special part of the vita. You CAN use touch screen whenever you want, but you can always use the normal button config.
