The sacktue of liberty is free until 11th July but today is the 9th and it hasn't been in the store even though the news said it was free from 4th July for 1 week but its not I'm store do u know why?

Umm are you talking about the LBP store, or the PSN store? Sometimes items don't appear in the LBP store but can be fond in the PSN store. I think that's what happened with the valentines day mini pack maybe the same thing is happening with this.
