I cant move further in Story Mode

I completed all the levels in the "Prologue" chapter arc, but for some reason, whenever I try to use the left thumb stick to move to another chapter, it does not. It just remains stuck on the Prologue chapter and I can't go to any other story. Please help!

oh. I think this happened to me on the third chapter. play the last video from the prologue and it should continue to the next stage. hopefully this helps
