First u make an arrow shape of something light like cardboard then u put a rocket at the back and put a look at rotator where the tip that u want to blow is then put an impact sensor on the cardboard that's hooked up to a bomb that's where the look at rotator is. Then tweak the speed of the rocket to your liking and there u have it. A missile that follows you around and when it touches u.... BOOOM it blows up

U can make it even better by putting a bit more logic on it but that's the basic homing missile
