I have always done that, I personally see nothing wrong with it.I saw you did some advertising on community levels...

I see nothing wrong with advertising on other people's levels. Most creators are Ok with it. I browse the Mortal Kombat comments and I usually find decent levels.

About the level Cali, you know you can do better. You have great gameplay at the beginning of the level, but after the 4th obstacle it was like you gave up. I went from "Oh this is cool" to "God, really?". The design was really dull, everything was gridded to death. I did like what you did with the wood accents, that extra layer of wood gave it a nice splash of coulour, to that grey wood. Yet i saw it like only two maybe tree times times?

I think you are an outstanding creator. Yet you limit yourself to this stupid seasonal levels.

I hope your next level wows me like Intergalactic Issue did.
A little advice:
Lay off the grid, try more darker ambiance, and show us how awesome you can be.

About advertising:

I've always hated advertisements (not only in LBP), and I still hate them.
It's good to see what other people think about it... So advertising in LBP could be good.

That makes me think.

I guess I should think "there are good advertisements" and "there are bad advertisements". And then take care of them, to see if they are interesting.

(the question is: should I advertise too?...)

One thing to say, the music ! Like i wrote in my review on your level, that song is just too overused... it killed me... You should take more time to found different song. because with that one, your level just look like a typical easter level to get a pick. Good level anyway

For the advices on levels, i think it's disrespectful to the people creations... we have so many fansites than you can talk about your levels, you have friends you can send messages. And we all have a profil on the game. i think levels of people are an inappropriate place to do your publicity. anyway, that's my opinion. personally i erase every publicity on my levels.

Advertising is really based on your opinion and my opinion is it's ok until somebody says it's not okay. Of course I advertise but if somebody tells me not too I won't, thought that's never happened before, usually just a boo. And I don't mind getting advertised on unless it's a copied level or just a poorly made level.

I don't care if people advertise. It doesn't affect me at all so I don't see any harm in it. Personally I would never advertise because I am WAY to lazy
