How to Re-Download old DLC

I play LBP1&2 on my PS3
now I have PS4 so I play LBP3 on PS4 I follow all step of this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DcKTyb7pCjg When I open my Download List the old LBP DLC (like "Metal Gear Solid "and "DC Comic" ) it show me "Download to PS3" I can't download to my PS4 Do I need to buy again for my PS4 version |

I heard that there's been some importing issues. they're working on the patch right now
