cant move my sack boy

when i bought lbp3 i was exited and didnt worry about the bugs at all but then after 2 days of playing it, every time i tryed to play as sackboy, it wasnt moving at all no matter what i tryed... it didnt work!! now i cant continue playing the stroy mode and it even deleted my level that i worked really really hard on! PLEASE HELP!!
