Me and my wife started playing LBP3 ps4 and we got to the swamp level. We stopped for a bit and loaded the game back up and my sackboy went into my pod but he was back to a regular sackboy with no costumes. It then said "A player failed to load your profile" and the 2nd player never entered my pod. I deleted both profiles and gamesaves and started over and it seemed fine. We both created our personalized sackboys and played a few levels. We stopped and loaded back in and it did the exact same thing where I fell into the pod but it gave me the error and the 2nd person never loaded in. Although if we have my wife launch the game from her PSN on the ps4, we both load in just fine. This is very sad as we have lost our progress once anyway, and now I cant even play the game from my profile, we have to launch it from hers. Any idea what is going on here?!?!?!

I am having this exact issue. My girlfriend and I got the game and we're playing on the same PS4 as well. I don't know if you did this, but this happened to me AS SOON as I had imported my LBP 1 and LBP 2 profiles into the game. Everything was just fine until I had imported my LBP 1 profile, as soon as it was imported, my girlfriend's sackperson dissapeared and the "A Player Failed to Load your Profile" window popped up.

As of now, we're going to try to somehow undo that, even if it means wiping this profile that we have so far (which really sucks). I'll try to get back to you on that. I know you said that it keeps happening, but do you keep loading those LBP 1&2 profiles in? That could be why.

I've been having this exact same problem but I didn't make the connection until you said something. We had been playing on my account the first couple days and then I did the LBP1 transfer and since then I've had that error. Hopefully this gets fixed soon.
