hi, i've run into a glitch in the game, i currently only have one quest that i can't discover in the ziggurat venue ... the quest is apparently "Bear With Us", i know exactly where it should be since i've seen it in videos (from where you spawn in the map (above the toggle shrine) run to the right and climb the arc to reach an island and it should be right there) but when i go there there's no character to greet me so the level door (or whatever it's called) doesn't spawn ... i've checked my completed / incomplete quests (by holding triangle) and there is no "bear with us" quest nor is there any undiscovered quests either, but the quest is still locked when looking at the map ... i've also noticed that there are duplicate prizes in the ziggurat hub and it stays at 67% (and i've thoroughly looked through the hub and there's nothing left) ... i'm not sure what i should do since i've already downloaded the update (before i started playing the game), is there a simple solution to this or am i screwed?

I don't know. it may be an issue with your profile or something. but make sure sumo knows about it and .. hopefully they'll patch it soon

sumo being the game devs? how do i contact them? i haven't been able to find any kind of customer support page other than an FAQ, which doesn't help
