How to use DEV tools?

After messing around for hours, I gave up trying to find out how some of the DEV tools work.

Does anyone here have any idea what the "filter tool" does?

And also how to use the "hud element" tool.

For one of them, yes.For the other, I think I do.

The HUD Element works by simply placing a sticker onto the chip part that opens and it'll show up on the screen. You can adjust settings like opacity and whatnot . But.... One huge catch.. It seems to not be doing anything for PS4 users. So PS3 only for that one.

Hmm.. The Filter. I'm pretty sure it's just a tool that puts a maximum and/or minimum signal for the output. Honestly, it's not the most useful tool when it's fairly easy to set up filters using a few pieces of existing logic. Not to mention that the Filter Tool kicks you out of create mode when you touch it the first time.

Damn, the HUD elements tool could be useful to me, but I have a PS4.

Aww.

Why would they keep something that useful to themselves?

That's better than 95% of the tools they gave the community.

Well, this is what I was talking about for creator packs.

Make this work and it will become one of the most useful tools.
