My Profile went corrupt... from watching tutorials.

I am legitamently pissed off atm. I am a very passionate creator, playing the game since Lbp1, who puts weeks upon days upon hours into making small masterpieces. I had worked for my entire vacation every day on my current project, Spiritus Wars: Magical Warfare, which would have been my greatest level by far.

I'm not joking when I say that literally right before I was about to release a demo of my masterpiece, I decided to look through some tutorials to see if I could get any last minute tips to put any finishing touches on my level. I was halfway done looking when the game crashes, giving me an error message. I report the problem and restart the game, thinking it's just a bug, as with the overwhelmingly large number of them I had experienced so far.

None had been game breaking, until now.

I load back into Lbp3, getting pumped up to publish my level. Suddenly I recieve a message saying that my Lbp3 Profile (rstrikers12) has been corrupted, and that I must delete my profile to continue, or retry once I had all the latest updates.

I have all my updates, I've checked countless times. I am stuck with this message every time.

Sumo Digital, it is frikking unacceptable that I am gonna lose over 7 days (about 6 hours a day) of work and my entire story mode progression due to this first game breaking bug. I am extremely upset. Please fix it. I am not remaking this project so I can waste another 50 hours of my life.

I am desperate. Please help me, and fix this ASAP instead of fixing some gimpy Popit glitches. Thank You.

At one point Mm offered to help people with corrupted profiles sent in via email. You could send Sumo your corrupted profile explaining what happened but there's no guarantee they'd reply.

Generally, after you do anything major back up your profile or back up the level. This is the best defense us creators have.
