What do these things mean? (LBP3)

I have questions about what some things mean in this game.
1. What does the color wheel thing mean that appears next to some stickers and other items, like materials? 2. How are microchips and broadcast microchips meant to be used? 3. Which logic chip should I use to turn off and on other buttons? (I want to make it so I can disable and enable two buttons with one button) 4. How can I make it so a character spawns to copy each individual players' costume? And I'll probably come up with more later... it would be nice if someone added me as a friend so I could ask them questions whenever. Even if you don't know the answer to some of these questions, I'd appreciate it if you answered any of them. |

1. It means their colors can be changed. You can tweak materials' color using the square button. In the case of decorations with a color wheel, they inherit their color from the material they're placed on.
2. Microchips are primarily an organizational tool, however by placing logic in a chip and closing it you'll save a little thermo too. Broadcast chips transmit the logic they contain to other objects. For instance, say you made a microchip containing the AI for enemies in your level. Instead of placing that microchip on every enemy individually, you could simply transmit it to all enemies using a single broadcast chip. If you wanted to change the behavior of the enemies in the future, you'd just edit that single chip. 3. The following circuit should behave as you describe: http://i.imgur.com/yP6sEAw.jpg 4. I don't know the answer to this, I would be curious to find out as well. See here for information on more of the tools: http://lbp.me/videos/tutorial |

Would you be willing to help me on this kind of stuff whenever I need it by letting me add you as a friend on my PS4? I will probably have more questions as I begin to understand more of this stuff.
Thanks for answering my questions. Oh, about question 4... does the thing you spawn out of (I forget the name ) have its own circuit board? I doubt it, but maybe it has something to do with that... |

You can add me as a friend if you like. I'm not PSN much, however.
Turns out there's a tweak on Sackbots to set their costume to player 1, 2, 3 or 4. You could use a player sensor to detect how many players there are, then spawn the Sackbots appropriately. |
