Hey guys, I've been thinking about an small project on LittleBigPlanet 3, and I would love to find some useful tutorials online, or videos teaching how to do "movie stuff". I know there are plenty of video/websites showing, but I would like some suggestions of where to go. Maybe even a creator could give me some advice when I start creating here!

Well first off, you need a Sequencer. That is where you'll place all of you movie cameras and magic mouths and stuff. Sounds and music. You also want a toggle switch or a battery to power said sequencer and have it play when the player begins the level, just connect that switch into the "Start playing forwards" input. Magic Mouths can be assigned actor names to sackbots and such, as you most likely already know.

It's really hard to explain this stuff because after a while you just sort of... get it. Y'know.

If you go to youtube and type in " LBP2-Torials " you'll find a bunch of useful tutorials from Comphermc. really showed me a lot when I started lbp. he did some good ones on video making

Well, it's fairly simple. First, you need to set your game mode to Movie. I forgot where it is in LBP3 because I haven't played it for a while, but it's in the Tools Bag in LBP2. Next, pause the level and place a toggle switch anywhere in the level, setting it to Off (the X). Connect the toggle switch to a timer set the timer to activate in 1 second or less. Connect that timer to a sequencer, and you can position music sequencers, cameras, etc, on the sequencer. (feel free to un-pause at this point) Place a Game Ender where you want the movie to end. To play the movie, simply pause the level, set the Toggle switch to On (the check mark), and change to play mode. When you want to edit and unpause the level, always set the Toggle switch to off before doing so. This might be a little confusing, but experiment around!
