If worse comes to it, go to moon, save all your creations, publish as locked levels, then delete your save. You could try using the import feature to get LBP1 and 2 stuff back?

Does it write "You haven't got anything to go here yet!" when you go anywhere in your popit? When it does just go over to the Settings -> Profile and Switch on and off/off and on Advanced Create Mode. It should fix.
