Need HELP! I can't update my level, it keeps saying ''failed to publish. Try again later.'' Suggestions?

Slow Internet connection or just servers being down. However I don't have any issues : o

I've got the same issue. I can publish and update other levels other than a specific one/few...
It isn't slow internet because my internet speed and storage are very good and the PS3 is connected.
I think it may be a glitch because when I accidentally locked it while it said please wait, I accidentally pressed it twice, which meant that it is still stuck on the same process, which probably denies any other form of update on the level.

One piece of level may be to complex (to dense) or to many pieces stuck in each other due to the anticollision tool or chip.
This is just suggestion because i have same problems myself and i am not 100% sure why.
If it is just one level then deleting something in most dense area, will probably do the trick.
With adventures i made other weird experiences.

^ That's definitely not the issue for me.
I could publish the level, republish and update it, but suddenly it stops without me adding anything to it.
