So I waa going to pre order lbp yesterday but my parents changes their minds because they thought it would be $5 like at stores so they said wait a month. (my birthday) and I want to know if theres a period where you can pre order anymore.

Well obviously pre-ordering only is available for a period before the game is released. Gotta say that i think your parents are crazy for thinking it'll be that cheap after a few months. Every now and then when i go to a game store or look online, even LBP1 is priced around $20. Besides, pre-ordering gets you some extras as well so i'd just go for it.

If you pre-ordered the game on the store, you should receive the shirt in your downloads list on the Playstation Store! If you pre-ordered from a physical copy of the game from places like Amazon, etc. You won't receive the shirts

Where do I find downloads?

On the playstation store on your PS3 or PS4, there scroll down the sidebar and there should be an option that says downloads, look in there

Hmm, that's a question you'll have to ask someone else as I'm not in America's region America is the only country with it on store at them moment I believe :/
